Where is my order?
In-stock, small items ordered after 12PM MST will ship the next business day. In-stock, large items will be packaged and shipped within two business days from order. Your tracking number will be sent to the email used to place your order. If you do not receive the email, please contact service@hecklerdesign.com.
How do I return my order?
Returns are simple! If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, sign in using the link below, select your order, click “Request a Return,” and follow the steps. Custom products and products delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
How does my organization become exempt from sales tax?
Please reach out to service@hecklerdesign.com prior to placing any orders. You will need to send us a copy of your Tax Certificate in order for us to create your tax exempt orders.

What is your product warranty?
Heckler warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years, and electronic components for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
