Where is my order?

In-stock, small items ordered after 12PM MST will ship the next business day. In-stock, large items will be packaged and shipped within two business days from order. Your tracking number will be sent to the email used to place your order. If you do not receive the email, please contact Service@Hecklerdesign.com.

How do I return my order? 

Returns are easy. If you have received your order and find that it does not meet your expectations in any way, start you return requests now.

How does my organization become exempt from sales tax?

Please reach out to Service@Hecklerdesign.com prior to placing any orders. You will need to send us a copy of your Tax Certificate in order for us to create your tax exempt orders.

May I submit a purchase order?

Registered dealers and distributors can submit their purchase orders to sales@HecklerDesign.com.

What is your product warranty?

Heckler Design warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years, and electronic components for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
