Daily Shipping Cut-Off Time

In-stock, small items ordered after 12PM MST will ship the next business day. In-stock, large items will be packaged and shipped within two business days from order.

Tracking Your Packages

Ship notifications containing UPS, FedEx, or DHL if shipping internationally, tracking information you can use to track your package during transit. Please contact service@hecklerdesign.com if you have any issues finding your tracking information.

Domestic Orders

Shipments sent within the continental United States have a range of UPS or Fed Ex shipping options.  We do not offer Saturday delivery as a shipping option at this time.

International Shipping

Large item shipments destined outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL requiring 5 to 9 business days of travel time. Please note that we have no control over local customs authorities and cannot be held responsible should they wish to confiscate any particular items, delay shipment or charge import duty. We offer expedited shipping to international destinations as well. Because options vary by location, please use the shipping calculator in your cart to see what options are available to you.

We are unable to ship to Russia, Malaysia, Brazil and Indonesia at this time.

Import Taxes & Tariffs

All shipments destined outside the United States are subject to tariffs and import taxes. Orders shipped outside of the United States will be shipped Incoterm DDU and may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of my order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Shipping Delays

Heckler is committed to promptly dispatching orders; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen delays may occur during transit.

Responsibility for Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping address information during the checkout process. Heckler cannot be held liable for delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping address details provided by the customer.

Requesting Address Changes

If you realize that the shipping address you provided is incorrect or needs to be updated after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will make every effort to request address changes with the carrier on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be successful, as they are subject to carrier policies and procedures.

Mitigation of Address Errors

To mitigate the risk of address errors, we encourage customers to double-check their shipping address information before finalizing their orders. Please ensure that all necessary details, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and correct postal/ZIP codes, are provided accurately to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Shipping Damage

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt. If your product does not arrive as ordered, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt to make sure we can get you the correct item. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at service@hecklerdesign.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos thoroughly documenting the damage to the item and the packaging.

Order Alterations

Changes to your order may be made at any time prior to shipping. Most orders placed before 12PM MST will be shipped the same day. To make a change to your order, give us a call during our business hours (8AM-5PM MST, Monday-Friday) at 1-844-432-5930. If you need to contact us outside of our normal business hours, please email us at service@hecklerdesign.com.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged at time of order.

What do I do if my order is missing a part?

Please examine your order for any missing parts or assembly pieces as soon as possible. All sales outside of the 30-day return window are final. Please contact Service within 30 days of receipt if a part is found to be missing and we'll be happy to assist you.
