Your credit card will be charged at order. Due to potential long lead times, and the made-to-order nature of some of our products, we cannot wait until shipping to charge your card.
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Simply email [email protected] Your refund will be processed within one business day, and an order cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you. Funds may require 2 to 3 business days to appear in your account.
Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. Returned items will receive refunds (less shipping, taxes, and tariffs) if the merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days from receipt of the item.
With product exchanges, there is a possibility that we will not carry the product in its original color. In these instances, we will fulfill the warranty with the product’s available color selection.
For all returned items received in less than originally shipped condition, they will be subject to a restocking fee based on condition of item when received at our ship center.
We may refuse or delay return if fraud or abuse is suspected.
*Please note for all returned items, the ORIGINAL packaging must be used, and photos of the product must be taken prior to shipping. These will ensure that your product arrives to us in good condition, and protect you if it is damaged during shipping. We will only accept returns shipped with the original interior and exterior packaging. We use professionally designed custom packaging to protect against shipping damage. Any other packaging used nullifies return policy.
If you receive a damaged item, keep ALL packaging material and contact us immediately. The packaging material is required in order to process a damage claim with FedEx and UPS. Shipping damage must be reported to Heckler Design within 10 days from delivery. In most cases, the damaged item will be picked up by the courier for inspection, then returned to Heckler Design. In most cases a new, replacement item will be shipped to you upon completion of the carrier damage claim process. Lead time will apply for replacement parts.
In-stock, small items ordered after 12PM PST will ship the next business day.
In-stock, large items will be packaged and shipped in about 2-5 business days from order. A shipping notice with tracking number will be provided when the order ships.
Large item shipments destined within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, requiring 4 to 5 business days of travel time.
Large item shipments destined outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Express, requiring 5 to 9 business days of travel time.
US domestic and international small item shipments may be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
All shipments (excluding reseller and distributor orders) destined outside the United States are subject to tariffs and import taxes. We collect these expenses at checkout and take responsibility for them during shipping.
Heckler Design warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as OneLessDeskPad, @Rest resting pegs, and OneLessDrop non-slip feet.
The use of a freight forwarding company also voids the limited warranty and rights to claim shipping damage or compensation from Heckler Design. We can not assume responsibility for a third party shipping carrier’s mishandling during transit in addition to reports of corrosion.
Limits of Liability
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Heckler Design be liable for more than the amount or your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.
Heckler Design disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

By visiting this website, you agree that Arizona laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and us. Information Collection and Use by Heckler Design
HecklerDesign.com uses Google Analytics to log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, and browser type, from site visitors. This data is used to manage the website, track usage, and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements.
HecklerDesign.com uses Paypal for all financial transactions. Heckler Design does not store nor have access to customer financial information such as credit card information.
We may also use a customer’s and site visitor’s email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding our company and products.
From time to time, Heckler Design or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on Heckler Design. Users may be asked to provide personal information, including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.
Heckler Design does not store customer credit card information. Heckler Design member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. Heckler Design takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time.
