Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Import taxes and fees are collected in advance. These costs are calculated during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order.
Will the powdercoat scratch easily?
Powder coatings are more scratch resistant than conventional paint. Our black and silver files are the most resistant to scratching as they have a fine texture. The glossy finishes of our white, red, buttercup, and cream files are more susceptable to fine scratches in the gloss.
The silver one looks like aluminum. Is it made of aluminum?
No. OneLessFile is made of steel with a powder coat finish.
Will it scratch my floor?
No. OneLessFiles's feet are made of slick, polypropylene - the same material from which furniture sliders are made.
Will it slide on carpet?
Yes.
Is assembly required?
Almost none. Simply attach the feet with the supplied tool.
